Refund Policy

By placing an order or depositing funds on LEGENDSMM.PRO, you automatically agree to the following refund policy guidelines:

1. Deposits and Internal Balance Once a deposit is successfully processed via Cryptomus or any other available payment method, it is strictly non-refundable to the original payment source (such as your cryptocurrency wallet or bank account). All deposited funds are credited directly to your internal LEGENDSMM.PRO account balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash. The balance must be used solely for purchasing services on our platform.
2. Order Cancellations & Partial Completions If an order experiences a technical error, cannot be completed due to social media algorithm changes, or is partially fulfilled, the funds corresponding to the undelivered portion of the order will be automatically and instantly refunded back to your internal website balance. You can reuse these funds for any other service at any time.
3. Disputes and Fraud Prevention You agree that you will not open any fraudulent disputes, claims, or chargebacks against LEGENDSMM.PRO. Filing a dispute after a successful crypto deposit or during active order delivery is a violation of our terms. Such actions will result in an immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your remaining balance, and a permanent ban of your API access.
4. User Mistakes and Incorrect Links We do not issue refunds or balance adjustments for orders placed with incorrect target links, restricted/private accounts, or if the target post/page is deleted by the owner or the platform after the order has started. It is the user's responsibility to ensure all order parameters are correct before submission.
